By placing an order or accessing our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must refrain from using our services.

2. Description of Service

SwiftResum offers professional resume writing, editing, and formatting services, as well as downloadable resume templates and related career tools. We create documents based on the information you provide and follow industry best practices to ensure clarity, professionalism, and ATS compatibility.

We are not responsible for:

  • The accuracy or completeness of the content you provide.
  • Any outcomes resulting from the use of our documents (e.g., job offers, interviews).

3. Order Process

To begin working on your resume or other deliverables, we require the necessary information via our online form or email communication. Orders are processed once we receive:

  • Your payment
  • Required personal and professional details

Please make sure to provide complete and accurate information to avoid delays.

4. Revisions Policy

We offer unlimited revisions within the time frame specified for your plan:

  • Essential Plan: 7 days
  • Pro Plan: 14 days
  • Ultimate Plan: 30 days

After this period, additional changes may incur a small fee. Revisions are limited to adjustments based on the original scope of work and do not include major structural or content changes.

5. Delivery Timeframes

All orders are delivered within the time frame advertised at checkout:

  • Standard delivery: 24–48 hours after submission of required details

Delays may occur if there are incomplete or unclear instructions. We will contact you promptly in such cases.

6. Ownership & Usage Rights

All resumes, templates, and related materials created by SwiftResum are the intellectual property of our company. You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the final product for personal job search purposes only.

You may not resell, redistribute, or claim ownership of any template or resume created by our team.

7. Refunds & Cancellations

We aim to provide high-quality service, but if you’re not satisfied, please let us know immediately. Our refund policy is as follows:

  • Before work begins: Full refund available upon request.
  • After work has started: Refund requests are reviewed case-by-case. A partial refund may be issued depending on progress.
  • After delivery: No refunds are issued, but we’ll work with you to revise your document until you’re satisfied.

No refunds are given after the revision window has expired.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall SwiftResum be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of our services. Our total liability for any claims under these terms shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the service in question.

9. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
